JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS ANALYST II
Position Title: Business Analyst II
FLSA Status: Exempt
Covered/Uncovered: Uncovered
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 (Depending on Experience)

SUMMARY
The Business Analyst II is primarily responsible for supporting court-wide staff in the use of the court’s case management system and related applications. This role serves as a bridge between agencies, teams, and departments by ensuring operational needs are accurately captured and represented in software development design, and deployment efforts. Success in this role requires proactive communication, consistent professionalism, and effective collaboration across diverse court functions while working within established processes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee will encounter a typical office setting with frequent contact with employees from all levels within the organization, including Deputy Clerks, Staff Attorneys, administrative staff, judges, and judicial staff. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
This position begins full-time on-site with the potential for an opportunity to telecommute one to two days per week after a six-month probationary period.
