STARTING SALARY: $53,000 (may be adjusted depending on experience)

The Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One is accepting applications for a Legal Administrative Professional.
Position Summary
The Legal Administrative Professional provides high-level administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the Staff Attorney Office. The Legal Administrative Professional assists with legal document preparation, statistical report preparation, docket and case management workflow, tracking staff attorney workflow, case file management, and general office coordination. The Legal Administrative Professional also prepares document templates and edits and proofreads draft decisions and orders prepared by his or her assigned attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years legal administrative or court related experience are required.

Work Environment:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee will encounter a typical office setting with frequent contact with other staff attorneys, administrative staff, judges, and judicial staff. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
